Traditional hotel?
Not our villa. Here it is a safe, quiet, cosy and warm home atmosphere.
Conference center?
No chance. Here, lets forget about work. This is a place for complete relaxation.
Is it a large commercial hotel?
Under no circumstances and no mass meetings.
It is an elegant house for individual clients.
Celebrations – events?
Unfortunately not here. Unless you wish to have an outdoor breakfast, grill bonfire, or a candlelit supper in your room.
We have Wifi.
To our Guests we offer spacious rooms of the highest standard. In every room there is a double bed, TV, bathroom with shower. Clients wishing so, can request a mini bar and even facilities for making hot beverages.
All views from windows overlook forests and woodland.
Clients can either park on our private property.
Unfortunately, there is no gastronomy in the villa. However, for guests in the communal kitchen there is always brewing coffee, tea and sugar. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher.
For our gests we offered gastronomy places near our villa.

- “Old Guardhouse” – pizzeria. 7 minutes on foot from our villa. We recommend! Delicious take-out pizza!
- The canteen and beer garden in the Recreation Center “Ania” will offer breakfast, traditional Polish lunch and dinner for little money. It is located 3 minutes on foot from our willa.
- Restaurant “Sasza Caffe” will offer Russian cuisine. It is located approximately 7 minutes on foot from our villa. You can order takeaway food.
- Bar “Pod Orłem” – is one of the first eateries in Bornem Sulinowo with democratic traditions. Here you can eat delicious pizza and more! It is located 5 minutes on foot from our villa.
- Dumpling “Bazylia” – 10 minutes on foot from our villa, in the city center.
- Restaurant “Borne Sulinowo” – 5 minutes on foot. In the 2021 season, our guests praised their chef very much!
- “WyBorne Jadło” – 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by car. Here you can eat home-made dinners.
- Fish fry restaurant “By the Lake” in the village of Przyjezierze. Here you can taste delicious whitefish and other tasty fish, and more … (for example “Pielmieni” or “Chebureki”). From us to this restaurant about 10 minutes by car. You can order takeaway food.
- Canteen at the Primary School in Bornem Sulinowo. From us – less than 10 minutes on foot.
- Canteen in “Juchowo Farm” – 25 minutes by car. Delicious food using ecological products.
- Also a very wide selection of eateries in Szczecinek.
